Personnel module is used to manage all the employee work-related information (employee account) like employee ID, email, reporting line, date of hiring, work unit, salary information, leave quotas, work schedule, etc… This module will handle all the work flows since employee hiring, job rotation and promotion, record misconduct, award, to employee termination (resigned or terminated).
However to have an employee account, a profile must be created. Profile can be added, deleted, and edited by the administrator or any designated person. Various types of information can be stored in the profile including personal information, emergency contact, dependences, work experiences, educational record, photo, etc… Once the profile is created for a person, he/she can be registered as employee and hence job can be assigned along with benefit entitled to him/her. He or she can then be moved or promoted from one job designation to another through Employee Promotion function. Finally, when employee resigns or is terminated, we can record the resignation process through employee termination.
